We would like to inform you that the Government of Nevis has approved legislation that modifies the fees applicable to entities registered in Nevis, including Nevis Business Corporations (NBCs), Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), and Trusts. The new fees will take effect on April 1, 2025.
Summary of Changes:
• Government renewal fee for NBCs, LLCs, and Trusts: will increase from $250 to $300.
• Late renewal penalties:
o For NBCs and LLCs, the penalty will increase from $115 to $200 for latepayments up to 6 months, and from $250 to $400 after 6 months.
o For Trusts, the penalty for late payment will increase from $250 to $400.
Recommended Action:
If you have not yet paid your renewal fee, we invite you to do so before March 15, 2025, in order to process your payment before the new fees take effect.
